Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and browser storage such as local storage. Club Solo uses these technologies to operate the site and platform, remember choices, understand usage, attribute referrals, process payments, prevent fraud, and measure advertising.

A technology may be first-party, meaning it is associated with joinclubsolo.com, or third-party, meaning it is provided through another service such as Google, Meta, Stripe, or Calendly.

Necessary technologies support security, network delivery, checkout, account access, and requested features. They cannot always be disabled without preventing part of the Services from working.

• Stripe may use cookies and device signals on pages where Stripe.js or a Stripe payment element loads to process payments and detect fraud.
• Vercel hosts and delivers the site and processes request and security logs. Hosting Club Solo does not, by itself, mean a Vercel analytics cookie is placed.
• Club Solo preference storage may remember privacy choices needed to apply your selections.

Club Solo uses browser storage to remember requested functionality, including:

• Selections and progress in the package-building wizard.
• Presence-check state and test variation.
• Referral or affiliate parameters so a later action can be attributed correctly.

The booking page embeds Calendly. Calendly may use cookies and local storage to provide scheduling, security, preferences, and analytics. Calendly displays its own privacy choices where required. You can read the Calendly Privacy Notice.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, device categories, page activity, and site performance. Its standard first-party cookies include:

• _ga distinguishes visitors and normally lasts up to two years, subject to browser limits and our configuration.
• _ga_<container-id> maintains session state and normally lasts up to two years, subject to browser limits and our configuration.

Club Solo product analytics

Club Solo stores a visitor identifier named vid in local storage and records page views and selected interactions through our own server-side tracking system. Events may include the page, referrer, browser information, IP address, buttons used, purchase or lead status, and referral values. The identifier remains until browser storage is cleared or we remove it.

We use the Meta Pixel and server-side Meta Conversions API to measure visits and selected conversions, understand campaign performance, and build or measure advertising audiences where permitted.

• _fbp identifies a browser for advertising and site analytics and generally lasts up to 90 days.
• _fbc records Meta click attribution when a visitor arrives with a Meta click identifier and generally lasts up to 90 days.

Depending on applicable law, this activity may be considered targeted advertising, “sharing,” or a “sale” of personal information even though Club Solo does not sell personal information for money.

On your first visit, Club Solo keeps optional analytics and advertising technology off until you choose. You can accept all optional technology, continue with necessary technology only, or make a category-by-category choice.

Select Privacy choices in the footer to review or change your selection. If you turn off a category that was previously active, Club Solo removes the known cookies for that category and reloads the page so its scripts stop running.

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a direction to keep advertising technology off. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser and use controls offered by Google, Meta, Calendly, and other providers. Blocking necessary technology may affect checkout, scheduling, saved wizard progress, or other requested functionality.
