AI integrity

Club Solo uses AI to help independent providers turn their knowledge into usable business material. The technology can organize ideas, produce drafts, surface options, and reduce repetitive work. It does not replace the provider's experience, judgment, or responsibility.

The provider remains the author and decision-maker. Club Solo aims to make their knowledge easier to express and operate—not to invent a business identity on their behalf.

• Turning a spoken or written description into service drafts.
• Developing and revising website structure, copy, and design direction through conversation.
• Turning a recorded explanation into a blog-post draft.
• Organizing spoken or written professional notes for a client profile.
• Generating or adapting images and other creative material.
• Summarizing, classifying, or improving content in a requested workflow.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. Club Solo presents generated material as something to review, edit, and approve.

Users must verify facts, prices, qualifications, policies, client details, claims, citations, and rights before publishing or relying on output. Professional notes should be reviewed before they become part of a client profile.

A user's prompt, recording, image, notes, and relevant workspace context may be sent to an AI or media-processing provider when needed to complete the requested action. We limit that transfer to the information reasonably needed for the feature.

Club Solo does not claim ownership of Customer Content merely because an AI feature processes it, and we do not intentionally use Customer Content to train public general-purpose models for Club Solo's own benefit. Provider processing remains subject to our agreements, configurations, and the disclosures in our Privacy Policy.

Club Solo is not currently offered as a HIPAA-compliant clinical records or insurance system. Users must not place protected health information or other specially regulated data into AI features unless Club Solo has expressly approved that feature and account in writing.

Do not use AI output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit, insurance, safety, or other high-impact decisions about a person.

Generated images may be used for brand and website purposes, but users must not present fictional people, places, credentials, results, or client experiences as authentic. Material claims should be clear, supportable, and not misleading.

Users are responsible for confirming that uploaded source material and generated output can be used lawfully and do not infringe privacy, publicity, trademark, copyright, or other rights.

We may evaluate feature performance using feedback, error reports, usage patterns, and de-identified or aggregated information. We use that information to improve reliability, safety, usability, and the quality of guided workflows.
