Acceptable use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Club Solo platform, customer websites, booking experiences, forms, content tools, communications, integrations, APIs, and related Services. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to customers, authorized users, and anyone acting through an account.

You may not use Club Solo to:

• Break a law, regulation, court order, professional rule, or another person's rights.
• Misrepresent identity, credentials, licensing, services, prices, availability, results, affiliations, or customer experiences.
• Publish defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, exploitative, sexually abusive, or unlawfully violent content.
• Sell or promote illegal goods or services, controlled substances unlawfully, weapons unlawfully, scams, or deceptive financial schemes.
• Collect, expose, or use personal information without an appropriate purpose, notice, permission, or other lawful basis.

You may not:

• Send spam, unlawful automated calls or texts, phishing, harassment, threats, or messages to people who have not provided any consent required by law.
• Ignore valid opt-out requests or disguise the sender or purpose of a communication.
• Create fake bookings, interfere with another provider's schedule, or use booking features for abuse or denial of service.
• Create, purchase, or solicit fake reviews; condition an incentive on positive sentiment; or unlawfully suppress or manipulate reviews.
• Use gift cards, payments, refunds, or promotions for fraud, laundering, unauthorized cash equivalents, or evasion of provider rules.

You may not:

• Gain or attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, network, client record, or data.
• Probe or bypass security, rate limits, authentication, permissions, or usage restrictions.
• Upload malware or code intended to disrupt, monitor, damage, or secretly collect information.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, benchmark, reverse engineer, or extract the Services except with our written permission or where law expressly permits it.
• Overload the Services, interfere with other users, or use automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable traffic or cost.
• Share credentials outside your authorized team or resell access to your workspace.

You may not use AI-assisted features to:

• Impersonate a person deceptively or falsely present generated material as an authentic statement, review, credential, or record.
• Create unlawful discrimination, targeted harassment, sexual exploitation, malware, fraud, or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Make a high-impact decision about another person without meaningful human review and any safeguards required by law.
• Submit content you are not authorized to process or protected health information unless Club Solo has expressly authorized that use in writing.

You must review generated material before using it publicly or in a client record.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict a feature, preserve relevant records, suspend an account, or terminate access. When appropriate, we may notify an affected provider, platform, or authority. Our response will consider severity, repetition, risk, legal obligations, and whether the issue can be cured.
