Trade school taught you the work. Nobody taught you who you are working for.

About one hour

Two sessions

Find you. Trust you. Book you.

What the hour covers.

Every client who books you walks the same three steps. The class works through all three, in order, using real businesses rather than theory.

  1. Who you actually serve

Not the demographic. The specific person, in a specific situation, who has already decided they need what you do. Most owners are describing three of them at once, which is why the words never land.

  2. What to say to them

How to describe your work in the words that person is already using in their head, so the message does the qualifying for you instead of appealing to everybody equally.

  3. How they find you

Where that person looks first, what they type, and why being present is not the same thing as being findable.

  4. Why they trust you before they call

The proof a stranger needs before they will hand over their time, their body, or their money — and the order they need it in.

  5. What turns that into a booking

The last few inches of the journey, where most independent businesses quietly lose people who had already decided to hire them.

Who it’s for

Who this is for.

Service business owners — any trade where clients book time on your calendar. If people pay you for your hours and your judgment, the hour applies to you.

You do not need a website, a following, or a marketing budget to get something out of it. Bring the business you have now.

The same approach we used to help a wellness business more than 4x their monthly online revenue between March and July 2026.

Results reflect one school's experience during a scoped, hands-on engagement. Results depend on the business, its market, reputation, and execution.
